“For us older people, make the labeling easier to understand what we are ordering. I thought I was ordering a key for my lock core but instead I received a new lock core. When I texted about it, it was difficult to get the text to process, even though I typed in all the necessary information. I must have done it about 5-8 times. It was very frustrating. They all said they can’t be processed in a little small box at the top. I finally gave up, but this morning I had a reply so one of the tries got through.
