“Once I got acclimated to the key search, locating and ordering a replacement key was relatively straightforward. However, the website showed that the replacement key was “Free Shipping Eligible “ but I still had to pay $4.87 for Amazon Ground Shipping, which was the least expensive option listed. Free shipping was not listed as an option.”
