“Very disappointed in your freight policy It seems like everything does not qualify for free freight and some things because of the total you insist on only sending fedex so I have to split my order up into multiple orders and pay more freight than is necessary when it can all go in the same USPS flat rate box cheaper that what you are charging Have bought keys and locks from you for many years and most things were freight included over a certain amount ”
