Replacement Lock Cores for Office Furniture | EasyKeys.com

EasyKeys.com makes it simple to find the exact replacement lock cores you need for desks, file cabinets, pedestals, storage units, and office furniture from today’s most widely used manufacturers. Our comprehensive Lock Core List brings together a broad selection of key-removable, interchangeable, and master-keyed lock cores designed to restore security, simplify key control, and keep your workplace running smoothly.

Whether you’re rekeying an entire office, replacing a damaged lock core, or standardizing locks across multiple furniture systems, EasyKeys.com offers precision-engineered lock cores built to original manufacturer specifications. Each core is designed for smooth operation, long-term durability, and easy installation—no locksmith required.

Important: Proper removal and installation of lock cores requires the correct control key for your specific brand and lock system. Control keys are engineered to disengage the core-retention mechanism, allowing lock cores to be safely removed or installed without damaging the lock housing or furniture. Using the wrong control key—or attempting removal without one—can result in improper fit or permanent damage. EasyKeys.com offers a full range of compatible control keys to ensure correct installation and dependable performance.

With fast shipping, clear lock-code identification, and guaranteed compatibility across major office furniture systems, EasyKeys.com is your trusted source for replacement lock cores and control keys—helping you maintain secure, efficient, and well-managed workspaces.

Lock cores are specific to each manufacturer and lock codes, and can be "keyed alike" or "keyed differently."

Keyed alike means that the locks will all operate using the same key – these lock cores have the same manufacturer and lock code. Keyed differently means the locks will operate using different keys.

If you would like to make life easier (and who doesn’t?), the lock cores can be switched out to use the same key – as long as the lock cores are within the same manufacturer and series.

For example, if you have a Hon 101E and a Hon 102E, those lock cores can be switched out to use one key. The manufacturer (Hon) and the series (E) are the same, so the lock cores can be switched out to any other code within the series.
