The correct latch system depends on which door the lock body is installed on and whether the latch will be mounted at the top or bottom of the cabinet door.

For cabinet doors taller than 3 feet, installing latch systems at both the top and bottom is recommended to help prevent the doors from pulling open at either end and to provide added security and stability.
