Each Pelican Drawer HW Sidewinder Lock Core Kit includes one lock core and two matching keys. The lock housing is sold separately. All Pelican Drawer lock cores are fully interchangeable, allowing easy rekeying and quick replacement without removing the entire drawer assembly.

This kit features the Sidewinder key style, which differs from standard Pelican HW Lock Core Kits.

These lock core kits are designed specifically for Pelican under-desk and work-surface drawer systems, including Pelican I, Pelican II, and Pelican III drawers. They are commonly used in offices, education facilities, healthcare environments, and shared workspaces where secure personal storage and laptop protection are required.

The HW0229-C control key is required to install this Sidewinder lock core.

• The control key (also called a core removal key or change key) is not used to lock or unlock the drawer
• Its sole function is to remove and install lock cores safely
• The lock must be in the unlocked position before using a control key

Important:
A different control key may be required to remove your existing lock core, depending on the current lock series installed in your Pelican drawer. Using the wrong control key can damage the lock housing, potentially requiring full lock replacement.
