“I was able to navigate the web site ok.
When I checked out I was charged a shipping fee.
When I put my items I the in the cart a pop up said that is I purchased $35.00 worth of product I would receive free shipping. I don't remember seeing a disclaimer that said that the purchased items had to qualify for the free shipping.”
