This Wesko Safe-T-Tenon drawer lock is designed as a compatible alternative for applications using CompX Timberline Safe-T-Tenon–style locking systems. It features a double wing mount and a spring-loaded tenon bar that allows the key to rotate only when the drawer is fully closed and properly engaged with the lock bar.

The Safe-T-Tenon mechanism prevents the lock from being turned while the drawer is open, eliminating the risk of misalignment and ensuring consistent, reliable operation. This design helps protect both the lock and cabinet structure from damage caused by forced or premature key rotation.

Manufactured by Wesko, this lock is not an original CompX Timberline product, but it is engineered to provide functional compatibility and may be used as a replacement for CompX Timberline CB-100 style Safe-T-Tenon locks in appropriate applications.
