CompX Timberline Control Keys
CompX Timberline control keys are specialized service keys used only to remove and install removable lock cores in CompX Timberline locking systems. Also referred to as pull keys, change keys, or core-removal keys, these tools are a required part of the Timberline interchangeable-core design and do not lock or unlock furniture.
Timberline control keys are essential for maintaining office furniture locks found in file cabinets, desks, pedestals, credenzas, cubicles, and modular workstations. Without the proper control key, lock cores cannot be safely changed or serviced.
